1. Acceptance
By using 365Lab贴纸 you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. The service
365Lab贴纸 is a free browser-based tool for turning images into stickers. It is provided as a static website with no account system, no subscription and no paid tier. All image processing happens locally in your browser.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you open and the stickers you create. We never receive, store or claim any rights over them.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any image you process. Do not use the tool with material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, and do not use it to create unlawful, harassing or hateful content.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the tool for personal and commercial projects. You may not misrepresent the tool as your own product, or redistribute a modified copy in a way that implies endorsement.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tool will be available without interruption, that the automatic cut-out will produce a particular quality of result, or that exported files will meet the requirements of any specific third-party platform, since those platforms may change their rules at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because your images are processed only on your own device, you should keep your own copies of any original files that matter to you.
7. Third-party platforms
References to WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, WeChat and other services are for compatibility guidance only. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners, and this project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Their format requirements are set by them and may change without notice.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
