Remove mode: draw closed loops around areas to cut out, then press Apply.
Remove mode: click a colour to cut it out. Keep mode isolates the clicked colour instead. Higher tolerance selects more similar colours; lower values protect fine edges.
Erase: paint over leftover or unwanted areas to make them transparent. Shortcut: [ / ] resizes the brush.
Restore: paint over areas to bring back detail that was accidentally erased. Shortcut: [ / ] resizes the brush.
Shaves off the coloured halo left around cut-outs from JPEG photos.
Baked into the photo before cut-out — helps tricky backgrounds.
Click the Erase or Restore button in the toolbar below (or press E / R), then paint on the canvas. Brush size and [ / ] shortcuts are in the tool options beneath the canvas.
